All initial meetings are absolutely no strings attached. It gives both the celebrant and the couple an opportunity to choose if they are an ideal match.
Generally, a $200 - $500 deposit is required to book your wedding date and commence the wedding planning process. Due to COVID-19 deposits are not required for weddings being planned in 2020.
Remaining payments by Head in the Clouds Celebrations are requested
*50% package value 1 month prior to your ceremony.
*balance of package value in the week after your ceremony.
On receipt of the balance payment, ceremony documentation will be sent via registered post for lodgement to the Department of Births, Deaths & Marriages.
If a couple is not satisfied with their experience, we warmly encourage open feedback. It is recommended that your wishes are voiced early and candidly along the journey to make the experience enjoyable and carefree.
Sometimes a couple may decide that they are no longer an ideal match with their celebrant.
In this case refunds will be considered by negotiation.
If, for any reason, an accident occurs which impacts your wedding day we will do our best to identify an alternate celebrant for you.
Due to the prevalence of COVID-19 we do recommend consideration of a back-up celebrant for all ceremonies.
